When I read what the issue was about, I instantly thought of this photo of my daughter. She got her face painted at a friend's birthday party. Of course, I had to photograph her the second she got home :-) Isn't she beautiful?
I love this photo so much that I had to go big with it. I didn't use much embellishments either... I don't think a layout can get simpler that this.
I have used Bella Blvd Color Chaos polka dot transparency as well as different chipboard embellishments and enamel dots.
The glittery word "lovely" is Pink Paislee Citrus Bliss.
